But min wage is higher than that and you get overtime beyond 8, no?I do this full time though.
Took 11 hours.
So like 8/hr. I like to do 10/hr.
With a good enough work ethic anyone can have a $100 day on mturk....most days.

And just like that, the 11 week project is over. I'll miss you, JBK!Greetings from Amazon Mechanical Turk,
You've received a bonus from JBK for work related to 3EHVO81VN5MEP1TW6L417GQT9SRH1X.
The value of your bonus is: $3.25 USD
Thanks for being a Worker on Mechanical Turk!
You realllly like that Travolta gif eh?snip
Yea I guess y'all are right. But min wage is higher than that and you get overtime beyond 8, no?
I think it depends on the state. MS had a 7.25 minimum wage, and overtime was for 40 hours in a week as opposed to more than 8 in a day. At least at the places I worked. But min wage is higher than that and you get overtime beyond 8, no?
It only went 6 weeks when I did it, if it's the same one that had a ?70? percent or so chance of continuing on for another week? And just like that, the 11 week project is over. I'll miss you, JBK!
No I'm saying you seem to have the motivation to work a real job and I know a lot of people that fall into the trap of grinding mturk when they're perfectly capable of being in the irl workforce instead of accepting substandard wages and justifying it with reasons ranging from they get to work from home or it's not "really" work (it is) and working long hours to make up for it so don't settle and fall into the same trap you're worth more than $8/hYea I guess y'all are right.
My goal is $100 though.
Guess I'm a glass 10% empty kinda guy.
That's the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.No I'm saying you seem to have the motivation to work a real job and I know a lot of people that fall into the trap of grinding mturk when they're perfectly capable of being in the irl workforce instead of accepting substandard wages and justifying it with reasons ranging from they get to work from home or it's not "really" work (it is) and working long hours to make up for it so don't settle and fall into the same trap you're worth more than $8/h
Yeah, it seems like different people got different lengths. I'm not sure if anyone went past 11 or not?It only went 6 weeks when I did it, if it's the same one that had a ?70? percent or so chance of continuing on for another week?
11 weeks is great!
And he's grumpy when he makes under $100Can we trade blah days? That's a fucking fantastic day for me.
Nope. Most people who use IRC from here are in the Reddit IRC anyway and we didn't see the need for duplication. We don't have an IRC for the site do we?
