So like 8/hr. I like to do 10/hr.

With a good enough work ethic anyone can have a $100 day on mturk....most days.

But min wage is higher than that and you get overtime beyond 8, no?

I think it depends on the state. MS had a 7.25 minimum wage, and overtime was for 40 hours in a week as opposed to more than 8 in a day. At least at the places I worked.

No I'm saying you seem to have the motivation to work a real job and I know a lot of people that fall into the trap of grinding mturk when they're perfectly capable of being in the irl workforce instead of accepting substandard wages and justifying it with reasons ranging from they get to work from home or it's not "really" work (it is) and working long hours to make up for it so don't settle and fall into the same trap you're worth more than $8/h

So I've been trolling HS accepting things here and there and queuing them and posting some here...

then looked at all my Chrome tabs and realized, d'oh, I'm actually in the middle of a survey. I forgot. I don't even know what made me wander off from it...it's not boring.

I really hope this one doesn't ask me if I took a break.

Yea I've got a "real job" waiting for me in a few more months.

And I'm out here in Texas where minimum wage is $7.25.
