I just wanted to offer some helpful advice to you (and anyone else who needs it).. I know stuff like that cannot be completely avoided in the turk world (such as "adult content" quals on stuff that needs a wholly separate qual due to more disturbing content) but if you ever get into a hit and something like that is within, it is better for your health to return it. Even if it is a high-paying hit, you will miss out on much more money afterward if your mind is put into a bad place. If you ever come across something you couldn't help but see, step away. Go to your happy place, step outside, watch cute animal videos, utilize any coping skills you've learned on your own or in therapy-just whatever brings you back to being grounded and helps you let it go. Holding onto things like that compounds the torturous nature of them, so chase them away with whatever works best for you, and know that everything will be okay. You've gotta find your zen again so you can regain your productivity and a healthier mindset.

That being said, I'm sorry that you had that experience. I've been there, and it sucks.

I was almost done with the HIT, or so I thought. It was at the very end, and by the time I even finished reading the question I was locking up, and out of spite, i described what they wanted to hear...as gruesomely as I could. Because fuck them. I know I have to do better but I'm also just needing to calm down in general. I'm paranoid every single time I open a survey now.
