Idk what your skills and background is like but if you want just a general job that pays good on the nightshift with lots of downtime is working the desk at a hotel during the night hours. Plus side is if its a hotel in a big city you'll have a lot of fun stories to tell by the end of your first week (speaking from experience)

i've actually had a nightshift hotel desk job before. not for very long (the mangement at this particular hotel was taking money from employees' paychecks regularly, so I called it quits). I wouldn't mind giving it another go at another one though

liquor store can be kinda sketchy depending on your area and is more like fast food with less customers at night lol. hotel desk during night shift is kinda chill and laid back. i worked at a marriott near an airport and we'd constantly get business men with their escorts checking in late night. Was hilarious.

Poor bird!

I know. He was ok and eventually able to fly. I think he was stunned from a minor car strike. I picked him up and he started flapping, wings looked good, so I let him go. He flew to a low branch, then some tiny shit birds started pecking at him and he was able to go higher. I don't think he was hurt, just stunned. But a lot of people plow over them because they think they're gross. I had to tell a dude watching me today that they were federally protected and provided a service... Stop thinking of them so negatively. I didn't change his mind though.
