Yes it does slow down when it gets too many pre's. The too fast status at top is the amount of pre's it has gotten since the script started. The reset button will make the timer go back to the fastest time but won't reset the too fast status. For zoltar's it's best to put it in delayed ham mode by clicking on the GoHam button until it turns blue. When it finds a hit it will go faster and then go back to normal after a few seconds. So you don't have to worry about resetting it all the time. Elapsed time should be around 1000ms and then in ham mode it drops to 700ms. Be sure the mode is in pantha mode in the details window.
