but fear of retaliation is a terrible thing
that said, never expect people to drop everything and give you the answers.
someone else's answers may be useless for you, if not also counterproductive

I guess my question would have made more sense if I could remember what health issue I was reading about this benefiting you are right @Jharkan, regular water and more of it would benefit most people at least as much, I'm thinking there could be something to the alkalized water for some issues also. which im going to check out more about with @ChristopherASA links, as now thanks!!

So for those that caught the Nozari Lab typing test HIT. You do the first session and then you do the next section 24 hours later but no more than 72 hours later. (I think this is why there's a 3 day timer on it.) So if you want to do it, don't let it sit in your queue for too long. It was pretty simple. First part took me 45 min with breaks.
