No alcohol, but around $150 (for 4 - including all toiletries, household goods, etc) plus $50 for take out (one night/wk).

As I've gotten older, I've become more label conscious and don't mind shelling out for more high quality and/or local food.
I just had to look at my grocery list online that I did earlier. I'm at $198 but that is dog treats and toilet paper and razors (junkie ones for my daughter since I refuse to pay for expensive ones for her). The rest is food and it seems like I mainly have bought junk ugh.

Princess Gina Marie @Princess Gina Marie I'm stocking up for you.

If she's old enough to shave, she's old enough to buy her own! Psh.

how much do you guys pay for food each week? not including alcohol

edit: not including toilet paper and shampoo and other non-food things either
About 100-120/wk for two adults + toddler (who eats a lot of breakfast foods, mainly)... I should probably cut it down, but :cook: We also don't go out to eat or get takeout that much though.

I do a lot of bulk buying at Costco and Sams Club. I buy a big box of frozen chicken breasts about once a month and use those in 2 meals a week. I buy a large thing of ground beef then freeze in 1 lb patties.
I always make a weekly menu and stick to it.
I did the same when my kids were little. I could spend $100 and really make it last and have plenty. I have no clue what happened.

I'm gonna be like u when I grow up my dear turker. but my GF needs to be taken out to dive bars twice a week to drink 50.00 worth of bud light and flirt with uninterested guys in front of me.

so obviously I need to cut back on less important things like food.

We get 1/4 cow and pig every 6 months and use the deep freeze. So our $120 a week doesn't include meat unless we get chicken or fish (which is rare). It does include cleaning/hygiene/misc products like vitamins, protein shakes etc.

It gets harder as they get bigger and more opinionated. "I don't want that brand of juice. That bread isn't as good. "

I just took a survey they told me I was not qualified but gave me a code anyway. Today is just confusing.
Careful I had that happen and got a rejection. Emailed person and they basically didn't care.

I try and budget around 400 a month for the store. I have a family of four with two toddlers. That also includes household items.

$130-200.
A week? Depends on my workout routine... However, because I'm trying to die as quickly as possible, a trip to Costco will be $20 in ground beef (6lbs of regular, or 4lbs of organic) and then depending on my carbs/exercise for the week, potatoes, rice, pasta -- I can live off of $50/week with a few small trips to farmer's market for veggies/fruits (usually about $20 a week maximum).

There's a person here cleaning my carpets and making lots of noise so I'm hiding in the bedroom with my laptop and not being particularly productive. I feel like this is a "grown-up" situation where I don't know the rules. Am I supposed to make myself scarce while he works? Is it weird that I'm in the house at all? I'd have to be here to let him in, right? Like... serious questions here. What's the etiquette when someone's doing work on your house?

Anyway, get ready for the big batches to drop because I'm not gonna get much work done for the next couple of hours.
Well, that depends, is he cute?
