do we have to keep our printouts of things from filing taxes? in case we get audited. also do you guys store that kind of thing online and if so where is a secure place? because some of my receipts have full payment account numbers and stuff.

I like to keep records. I typically prefer to print stuff out and store it in a file cabinet because I don't trust myself to sufficiently store sensitive digital information in a secure manner.
