I like to keep records. I typically prefer to print stuff out and store it in a file cabinet because I don't trust myself to sufficiently store sensitive digital information in a secure manner.

TY that's kind of what I was thinking. famous people naked pics get hacked so tax info could be hacked too.

I have a little booklet i made where I print out the next day all the work i did before to keep track of requesters and bonuses and who rejects. Than i also print out a report from amazon payments monthly. But I also have to report monthly for my son's SSI so people are always watching me :/

I have the same situation, except at first, I sort of bought the first rep's suggestion that maybe I had accidentally chosen male on the demographics thing. Then I went searching and realized I have 0 for both gender qualifications... so I requested it, because when I click on that qualification HIT, it tells me there are no hits available for me. Meanwhile, a different rep grabbed my support ticket, and "locked" to himself so he is in charge of it, and he randomly sends me emails saying he's still working on it. I can't email him directly though.. because he always sends them from that no reply address. So, I'm just letting him not do anything without any more input. Hopefully, someday we'll get the qual... there seem to have been quite a few surveys lately that require it.

The first personality test? What's happening that isn't letting you advance?

You can always email the requester. He's pretty decent. I had to exchange a few emails with him due to a few issues and he responds really promptly and is very easy to work with.

I am actually in the same boat. Mine is locked with a rep who says she has not forgotten about this, it has been referred to a specialist, and being worked on.

I'm not going to try to fix the amazon says I'm not a girl thing. they're going to have to remove that data and start from scratch on that. or else have a lot of workers classified wrong.
