Need ideas for more exercises for us to do ... this is what I've got so far. Our areas we need to work on most are stomach and thighs.

Crunches (regular and each side)
Squats
Leg Lifts
Planks
Calf raises
Girl pushups (it's all I can do lol)

Plus I'm doing 30 mins on the treadmill every day. My sister doesn't do cardio except going on dog walks with me. Any suggestions?

Don't have to keep closed quals secret.....but I feel like if I say their name too many times....or keep bragging about my hourly for the next 10 minutes like I would like to do then they'll get bombarded with emails begging for qual tests......
