My point is just that there are a lot of reasons people do things related to their own health that others aren't privy to and it seems rather unkind to judge them when we don't actually know what the reasons are.

This is fair. I've been on both sides, as a patient and a healthcare worker, and it's just sometimes frustrating when we do know the reasons and it's making things difficult and worse for others. Like I said, it wasn't meant as an @everyone who uses urgent care ever, but I understand your point - it's a good one.

Had a friend who worked in the ER. He was amazed and stunned at how many people would fly their elderly parents in from other countries, and take them to the ER and demand every test be performed on them (no insurance of course). They were coached on what to say to get the test done.

I can see why, if their home countries don't have access to care. It just sucks because some people do really need the care and we're more than happy to help from a medical perspective but the system we have now just puts the burden on other patients too.

I'm past the 2 hour mark xD I got the qual down to the specific area but have struggled to find the property itself. Too many damn trees in the way. :sob:
