I based it mostly off of the feel I got from the walk-through though. Just don't do anything "just because", make sure its what you want, and that you can remain above water while you're there. If its not good, you can always look into subleasing or early termination, or just tough it out til the end of the 12 months.

Not yet. Going to look at it on Wednesday. See what feel I get from it in person. We shall see. I may ask if they do short term leases like 6 months just to see (if I do end up getting a good feel)

However, now there's no reviews and their webpage is blank. It looks okay on the outside now, but the lack of new reviews is a little troubling. Looks like the re-do happened a year ago or so

You should take a trip and go check it out then. Worst case scenario, the place sucks and you go grab a drink or something.

Yeah, just be careful, cause they're likely to charge you more for a shorter lease.
