older treadmill (was my mothers) and it doesnt have the magnet thing like my old did before it died, it has a pull "card" thing and it was on my wrist but it had enough slack that it didnt immediately pull when i took the fall lol. im perfectly fine, i get more injuries going to get groceries than that small treadmill burn

Find some form of exercise that's fun for you. For me it's my bicycle. I kind of don't allow myself to use my car, and there's no point in my town anyway, because parking is as much of a joke as Bode's sense of humor. In my town I have to pay to park my bicycle in some places. Music helps, some tunes while you're burning those calories, right. Barring that start learning yoga. You don't have to go to a salon to begin learning, but you might want to after you get a taste of it.

I have a recumbent exercise bike and walk whenever I can. I actually ran a 5k a few years ago after training by walking briskly. I do want to get into yoga because I think it would be beneficial to me on many levels. I've been looking into (don't laugh) Diamond Dog Yoga.). If you recall, That handicapped ex-paratrooper had excellent results.
