I am not laughing. When it comes to yoga, it starts where it starts. For me it started with a video that I found on the internet six years ago. ItI have a recumbent exercise bike and walk whenever I can. I actually ran a 5k a few years ago after training by walking briskly. I do want to get into yoga because I think it would be beneficial to me on many levels. I've been looking into (don't laugh) Diamond Dog Yoga.). If you recall, That handicapped ex-paratrooper had excellent results.
started with stretching and feeling my body do things that I never thought it would or could ever do. I literally grew an inch. Eventually I decided to go to classes. I don't even know why to be honest. I just wanted a community I guess. I do yoga every day. The classes only about once a week. I ride my bike multiple times a day and it's a really joyful thing for me. That's what you have to find.
