I think the biggest thing will be lack of captchas... I am sure work will still be so so and many closed quals still in place but, it's nice to say I got it. I think this will greatly decrease the amount of masters work available and I bet they will be watching more closely, especially with the new site and all... I am still optimistic.

For real, I don't even care about the masters hits. It's about not having constantly to worry about how many hits you've done, when you'll hit a captcha, stopping in the middle of A9's to complete them, missing out on grabbing hits on PC because you wandered away and hit a captcha.

Just for that it's worth it. And also to look down on all the other people who don't have Masters.

But the half life of the people with masters is probably longer, both because they were more active to begin with to get it, and because they'll be more active afterwards because they're making more. They don't have data on masters specifically, I imagine?

Been turking since 2012 and I've noticed a significant number of people get masters and then just drop off the face of the earth. Anecdotal I guess...but yeah...I think masters experience the same amount of turnover non-masters do.

I noticed that last time it was given out. a lot of people got masters then completely stopped posting. it was kind of strange.
