Speaking of traumatizing HITS...

I just received my first $10 Amazon GC from the first part of that $70 Vanderbilt survey I did last night and I'm feeling really bitter and underwhelmed. The task took maybe 15 minutes, but the things they forced you to view were not worth it. Not in the least. They're using lots of exclamation points and coded praise and waving that $70 a lot and I'm just like... fuck off, seriously. Part 2 goes out on the 29th and I'm really not sure if I'll continue. :(

I mean, I understand the nature of these experiments, but there was ZERO warning that there would be graphic content. And given the nature of the qual survey it seems really irresponsible to present such graphic content without any warning. Sure, you can stop at any time, but after the first image, it's a little late to avoid the trauma.

I hate babies. I like older children, and considering being trans, I can't get someone pregnant and i sure as hell refuse to be, so it's fun to negotiate that. i wanna adopt a teen close to ageing out of the system if I ever have kids
