I hate QA for customer service. I hope like hell I never have to do CS again.

I was lucky enough to work for a call center that spread reviews over way too many metrics. I would always get bitched at during QA reviews for not pushing the credit card or not using certain words, but since the other metrics were above average I was never really in any trouble.

Still, those meetings were my least favorite part of the job since they took up so much time because I was a petulant 19-20 year old who pretty much responded to the review with "why tho?"

I loved walking in and finding my desk free, but there was no chair. Like... where do chairs go in a huge open building?
