No silly, the money you save signing a longer lease usually outweighs the early termination in case you HAPPEN to move.

To get as FAR away from my family as I possibly could! I'm not into drama. Plus, I was sick of shoveling snow! 3 summers ago Toby Keith (my dog) and I took 3 1/2 months and traveled all over the US before landing here. Love it here!
