I'm 39 but feel better than I did at 19. I age 30-40% slower than atypical humans because I follow a rigorous protocol known as intermittent fasting along with strict caloric restriction on a raw foods vegan diet.

I'm 30 and have the knees of an 82 year old woman thanks to sports in high school and college...I also eat like I'm still in college...heart conditions run in both sides of my family...I'm a ticking time bomb

Both of my parents died in their mid 40's, which means I'm about at my midlife crisis now.

I am sorry to hear you lost your parents.

I do however recommend a good midlife crisis. It is very cathartic!

I was gonna say something, but it seems your comment really touched a nerve with all the other old decrepit people here.

Well if we do the math, if the person saying 30 is old is eating a standard diet with no strict protocols than by the time he is 50 his biological age will be right where it should be but someone like me that follows strict protocol, will have aged approximately 10 years less by the time I'm 60.

So we will both be biological the same age in 30 years except that due to my nuorcin amatoxin protocol and diurnal meditation protocol I should have a slower metabolic rate which will further slow down my process of dengerisis which means he will bypass me in age biologically speaking.

I'd sure like to see his blood work though.
