Well if we do the math, if the person saying 30 is old is eating a standard diet with no strict protocols than by the time he is 50 his biological age will be right where it should be but someone like me that follows strict protocol, will have aged approximately 10 years less by the time I'm 60.

So we will both be biological the same age in 30 years except that due to my nuorcin amatoxin protocol and diurnal meditation protocol I should have a slower metabolic rate which will further slow down my process of dengerisis which means he will bypass me in age biologically speaking.

I'd sure like to see his blood work though.

to make sure that products on amazon are sufficiently taxable or not. for example my state does not tax food items (certain exceptions for processed things). so amazon needs to know whether a product is a food item or not so they know whether to apply tax to that product for buyers of whatever state.

I don't really drink beer, I do vodka or rum, I like to get the best drunk-for-my-buck value, which I'm sure is a really healthy attitude to have toward booze.
