I think when I joined I did not have a smartphone just the laptop. I wonder if that could be it,maybe my settings are off and need to be updated to include smartphone now?

Newbie ? What is TurkPrime and the steps to getting there. I haven't heard of this.

amazon is experimenting with a system of pre-qualifying workers (so if you say you are 25-35 or caucasian or live in alaska) - they will identify a pool of workers that meets the qualifications that the requester wants - and offer the hits to them

Some surveys are only formatted for PC or laptop or tablet or apple or android. If you own the device they want, then you most likely haven't answered the prescreen question for it.
