Anybody bought their Halloween candy yet? What do you give out, chocolate, gummies, healthy stuff?

I haven't bought yet, but when I do I'm only buying the candy I like, and lots of it. That means chocolate, chocolate, chocolate - definitely nothing healthy!

Such a slow day for me. Put together my Amazon order paid with gift cards. Indulged with a tub of Milano cookies and a cute little change purse from the Bargains section (which I don't recall seeing before today) - they actually seemed to be bargains - being a gadget lover I was really tempted by the paper wristband watches but I was strong . . .

I never know how many kids we'll have. One year we don't see anyone and the next we have 50. So I buy what I'll eat. Usually I buy mini candy bars (snickers, miky way, etc.) and some kind of fruit flavored candy (nerds, Starburst, etc.). Give the kids their choice until one or the other runs out. If I see we aren't getting many I load down the few that show up.

I do the same thing, candy I like but I'm more a Twizzler, gummy type! Of course, Almond Joy, Mounds and Rollos are an exception to that rule.

I need to add here that the first gallbladder attack I ever had was after eating a whole lot of Starburst and Skittles one Halloween and I was told it was probably because of the amount of Pectin they contain.

I go to dollar tree and get treat bags and I make a mix. And I grab like animal crackers and cookie packs for toddlers
This is what my typical stash looks like.. Dont be fooled, I had more packed goodie bags in my room for when I ran out LOL
