Just call the call back number the one that calls you back where you go online and enter your number. It's located on the overview page if you click phone help or whatever. Mine from yesterday appears to have cleared and the CS person seemed to think it has too because it says completed but I won't see it until tomorrow. Nicely tell them you know there's a problem because everyone is complaining and could they add you to the list. I think it's like the cable company. They won't fix it until enough people complain except this is our money and they better get it fixed and they know that.Okay. So, a transaction from Amazon to my bank acct. on Sunday initiated, but still hasn't processed. I have had a completely different transaction initiate and process from yesterday, and yet the Sunday one still hasn't processed. I have no idea who to contact with Amazon. Has anyone else had to deal with this? Who do I get in touch with?
