I just joined the conversation and don't know the full details but I'm sure they didn't mean to make you feel bad and there are a lot of helpful people here. I wouldn't know half the stuff I know if it weren't for all the people here. Hang in there and don't be afraid to ask questions and also take a look around the forum for other helpful resources.

I honestly think he can handle it. He has handled being a new key player relatively well. I don't see that as a concern. So far he seems to handle pressure well.
