Not completely a recommendation, but these are becoming almost doable as a filler, mainly b/c they seem to have options I don't remember before, to submit whether you found stuff or not. (though my memory sucks)

Okay, guys. Mobark Aldossari just emailed me. He apologized and said the rejection would be reversed, since I said people were starting to leave negative feedback about him. Won't hold my breath, but we'll see.

I had to select this to be able to read it with my 'quark' style. Which made it like a secret code.

It depends on the money I would earn with the scared money.
I usually don't like to drop below 99% but I would risk it for $50 or more.
I wouldn't let it get below 95% though.

After spending a long time on Mturk , I've come to the conclusion that it's not worth worrying about, and it probably never was. If the money's good, and you are sure you are submitting quality work, HAM that batch to death.

Worst case scenario is 97.6419% ... PE = more than I typically make in a week

I've had experience with requesters that say they'll reverse a rejection and then just disappear, but maybe in this case there was an actual mistake or malfunction of some kind. Here's to hoping!
