I thought packages/letters had always been somewhat late during high demand or bad weather times. maybe it's our expectations that have changed. we used to order something out of a printed catalog, then wait 6-12 weeks for it to be delivered.

Apparently, Amazon doesn't care about common sense.

Amazon actually told me that in an email once. It was about an independent contractor they used for their new "Amazon Logistics" service. They gave me two free months of Prime. At this rate, I'll never have to pay from Prime again.

I bitched about them losing shit/not delivering shit on time when I pay for Prime... and all I got was a refund... of a sale price+ coupon price and couldn't re-order at the regular cost. Never tried to give me perks. (I'm guessing b/c I have the low-income version of Prime... I'm not important )

I know how to knit but I am no where near as crafty as my grandma. She used to make my halloween costumes as a kid. I lose interest in projects so if I started knitting a scarf in July it would probably take me till Christmas to get it done.
