She ran the experiment the week before apparently for much less and the data was useless. Talking with her further, she just seemed confused by the process and is doing everything she can to take care of the reversals today. Her co-workers and such were getting apparent nasty emails because of this and she's pretty upset.

I ran this last week at a much cheaper price and got absolutely crap data, which is why I sought out the Masters. I'm a first time user of MTurk and honestly feel horrible about all of this. Please continue to quell everyone. Some people are emailing my coworkers, slandering me, and I'm doing my best to make this right. I appreciate your understanding and help.

Yeah I always feel bad for the villain in things, though. Even if she was being a jerk, I feel bad b/c she did a stupid thing that she's going to regret in one way or another, and haven't we all done that? I mean I still want her to be punished, but I have a kind of empathy idk

Man I have been doing some soul searching recently. Was listening to motivational videos and trying to "better myself" but what I realized was a lot of it was focused on material things. What's the point of working extremely hard your entire life to have more material things and more responsibilities when that stuff doesn't really bring happiness. It just all felt empty to me. Less work and living minimally but being healthy and at peace spiritually is much more important in my opinion.

I am sure Mary got lots of emails. All mine were rejected to but I pointed out to her that I emailed her for clarification on three and did them per her instructions and have the email if she needed to see the instructions she gave. But am glad that whatever the issue was she is willing to work to reverse the rejections. I didn't get as many as some of you but sure if I did as many my computer would of been laying in the yard and I would have a broken window before finding out she was working on reversing them.
