Do you guys have any tips on how to stay focused while studying? I am taking a cert test on Friday and I just can't focus or retain information. I do know a lot on the subject (networking) but I can read a chapter of a book, and not retain any of it later. I've tried cramming practice tests and do well on them, I just want to get some last minute info.

One of the video courses I watch for these cert tests has about 200 videos for this one. I figured I'd just pull up Google Docs and write down most of the information on each slide. I'm forced to pay attention to do so so I suppose it'll help. I'm taking the test Friday.
