when I tried low/no carbs all my energy was gone
Same. I'm trying to avoid most carbs except the slice of pizza every week and one kind of candy every day. I really don't miss carbs that much since I can have a little, but at first it was killer.

Now I'm gonna have to do math.

Are you just counting calories, doing the high protein/fruit and veggies thing, or are you on an actual plan?
no counting at all,

Jan-Fed I basically meal prepped every sunday grilled chicken/ veggies & a lil rice for lunch & dinner. I was SICK of it
Now Im doing protein shakes , a lil fruit & tons of Fish & veggies, oh & salads for lunch
To be honest Im just learning/ winging it as I go


Next month gonna start going to gym, eff this running

Or just eat right and lift. Cardio is annoying at best.
Mostly boring imo

I'm not exercising at all yet, though. But sitting on my booty in front of a computer all day is probably why it's getting too big ._.

I'm going with lean meats, fruits and veggies...salads a few times per week.

Diet sodas, even though they're really not healthy...I'm still drinking them for now.

And going WAY lighter on the dairy and sugar.

I keep a million spices for the meats so it doesn't get boring.

I'm addicted to them and I don't really like coffee, (nasty grown up crap) so I probably won't stop.

myfitnesspal has a great food logging system. the website is a million times better than the app.
it's especially handy if you're eating the same things everyday.

I use the free MFP and it's been really helpful.

I'm at 380 calories for today because I skipped breakfast (had a big day today) and a salad with strawberries for lunch.

Making boar chops and roasted Normandy style veggies with parmesan and garlic for dinner, also roasted herbed baby potatoes. It should put me at 1200 for the day if I earn my daily cookie/candy.

I'll count the nerves and cleaning this morning as my exercise for the day cause I'm busy :sofa:

I just realized this is a thing. I really need the motivation to get back on track. I'm mostly just counting calories while trying to keep carbs moderately low. I also drink a fuckload of Diet Coke and mineral water. Also, garlic dill pickles when I feel like munching mindlessly.

I have yet to try the cauliflower crusts. I have a million recipes for them pinned but I can never pull the trigger. I eat liberally spiced egg white frittatas with lots of veggies a few times a week. They're so low calorie that I can eat a huge one.
