Just realized I haven't had a captcha in about 300 hits. When I should be getting one, my A9 page stops with the "auto accept next hit" and I have to accept the hit like I would after a captcha but I'm not having to do anything else.

so there actually was an error with the hit when he posted it earlier and he did fix it for our version. Not justifying the rejection, but we're in the clear

Yeah it was the same hit, but based on the other TO of the person who got rejected, there was a radio button issue on the version of it you did

so the hit is possibly safe? i could use the easy money

If it's still up, do it. The version I had didn't have any problems with the radio buttons unselecting.
