I remember a requester from several years ago that posted a batch requiring 500k or something like that. I can't for the life of me remember which requester it was, though. That was the only time I've ever seen anything requiring more than 50k.

Edit: I once saw a requester use a qual that states you must have at least 50% rejection rates.
