Use MTS hit tracker to check if unsure. It is a great tool that will tell you if you may have done a survey.

It'll even tell you if you've returned or abandoned it. I especially find this an invaluable time saver...It won't tell you if you did it years ago. Your own records will tell you that....'cause you are responsible for keeping your own records---by some means or other.

This one is horrific. Several paragraphs of writing then an incredibly long page of bubbles. Then you fill out demographics thinking it's finally over with and there's still several pages of crap after that. It probably really did take me a half hour. I'm really sorry I signed up for it! Oh yeah but at least it paid right away.
