If you pay your rent on time and your utilities are caught up how can they have a problem? Our situation is not going to get better fast. With so many people out of work, someone who has some work and is paying rent on time ought to be a blessing for any landlord because they won't be able to replace them quickly like the maybe have been. In Canada there's a petition going around to stop rent payments until this is over.I gave them my schedule c, bank statements, and screenshots of money transfers from amazon. none of that is sufficient apparently, they want a record of how many hours I work provided by Amazon, which they aren't accepting that that isn't a thing. I'm going to contact my state ombudsman and see if they can help.
