There have been a lot of different accounts posting lately under the name Noah Turk. I think the ones that people talk most about in here are the chat HITs, but those have quals on them to allow only people from certain states. I couldn't tell you which states are allowed off the top of my head (I only know I don't qualify), but a quick forum search could probably get you that info.
