I don't see it as a threat at all, I think it's our only protection. But requesters, sometimes, don't realize how little power we have or how punitive their behavior can be (hard-blocks and what have you can be overly punitive, for instance, particularly in the case of honest mistakes).

But ya, I'd leave that out. Not because it's t hreatenting, but because that's how some requesters can see it that way.
I don't know about that. It is kind of threatening "Reverse my rejection or I'll review you and others won't do your work." When anyone says that they are threatening, it's not an "I'm gonna kill you" threat, but it is still a threat.

note: I'm not saying this about anyone's email in particular. Just how my thought process works on saying "I'm gonna review this incident." in requester messages.

I've either done it or started it and threw it back. It's not in HIT DB but I don't qualify, due to the retake disqual. Sorry. If I did it, it had to be long enough that it's not in DB.

I gotta disagree on this one. I've had a lot of wrongful rejections reversed just based a lot of turkers letting the requester know that we see that we were wrongfully rejected and there is a place where it is documented.
