i've been to Louisiana several times
not the most prettiest state
lots of oil refineries
at least in the east

would not want to live there

you can say the same about parts of Texas
but it's a huge state
lots of fun cities too

I think Texas is in the bottom 10 of states that I'd want to live in. Too hot, sideways stoplights, passing on the shoulder, highest per capita lame state pride bumper stickers, etc.
